So today I gave in and headed to the doctor. Hoping that he can figure out what is causing this fever. Last night I couldn't get it to drop from 104.1, had really bad chills, and ached from head to toe. Luckily this morning it broke and is only hanging around 101. In the end I left without any sold answers. He thinks possibly I have meningitis, but didn't want to send me to the ER to have to go through hours there with a brand new baby. He called my prescriptions into the pharmacy so they would be ready when I got there and ordered a ton of blood and urine tests and cultures stat. He said I need to return first thing in the morning to review results and to figure out what to do next.
We'll see!!!
