When shall he come?

At the doctor appointment today she said Preston's heartbeat is really good, he is measuring good and I am dilated to a two. So ... anticipation begins, when shall he come? I don't want to rush his arrival. I want him to be healthy and strong, but I REALLY look forward to him getting here. We'll just wait and see for now.
